My Client: Daisy Delight Floral Co

Client Melle is a small business owner who runs a local flower shop. This 30-year-old business was passed to her from her mom. She decided to hire me to bring her business to the younger crowd. She is excited to start her social media presence from scratch and launch a campaign for Mother’s Day next month.

 She wants me to do these:

1. Social Media Branding and creating a consistent brand identity such as pallet, fonts, logo, and also creating tagline, keywords, and hashtag.  she also wants me to set up and optimize social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

2. Present two drafts of Facebook and twitter cover photo

3.  Create 10 engaging ideas(Showcasing flower arrangement, seasonal special,s behind the scene glimpse of flower shop

4. Manage and develop Facebook ads for mothers Day special (drafts only) and manage and adjust to improve ROI

5. Create canned responses and automated messages.

Performance Management and ROI Improvement Report

In our pursuit of maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) for Melle's Blooms, we analyzed two budgeting approaches for social media advertising. 

​

By comparing the performance metrics of a P800 daily budget with a reach of 18,000-52,000 audience and a conversion range of 26-75 against a P2,000 daily budget with a reach of 45,000-130,000 audience and a conversion range of 65-188, we aim to identify the most effective strategy for optimizing ROI.

Scheduling of post is important because you ca plan out of your post and you'll be able to get more out of your content. It allows also to reach your target audience at the times they're online, even if that time is inconvenient for you  to do posting.
